I’m Ryan Moschell, your online and in-person muscle pain and stiffness relief educator and the founder and go-to expert behind the Your Muscle Whisperer membership.

Because of the help I have provided for people suffering with muscular pain and stiffness, my clients and students called me their “muscle whisperer”. How much does a membership with Your Muscle Whisperer cost?

Your Muscle Whisperer membership costs (TBA) - less than $1 per day. That’s often less than buying a cup of coffee but with more health benefits: relief from muscular pain, decreasing body tension, and keeping you living actively and in fitness every day.

How can you relieve my pain?

As your educator, I will lead you through specialized movements designed to release your own muscles from chronic tightness, stress, spasms, weakness, and injury. You will actually be learning how to relieve your own muscle pain and stiffness.

Since you are learning the way to release your pain, this is considered “education” - as your muscles and brain are educated, you too are educated. Your muscles are retrained to contract and then relax as they are supposed to work.

You can apply these skills any time you need them. If you get a leg cramp in bed, experience neck strain while on the job, or even stress your back in the garden, you can stop your own muscle pain and stiffness using these skills and techniques.

There is no medication to take and no weights or supplies to buy. You will need a few things you probably already have - comfortable clothing, a space to lie down or sit down, and internet access.

You can do these easy gentle movements even when you are right in the middle of muscular pain and stiffness. This process is so targeted that even if you are experiencing limited movements, the gentle self-regulated ‘muscle re-education’ starts immediately, with you.

The education process that I offer you has been around for many decades, but now I have created a way for you to have online access to my recorded teachings, one-on-one sessions, live online events, as well as an opportunity to join a community of people just like you who are also learning how to stay pain-free and move with freedom.

How long will it take until I am pain-free?

Each person is different, and sometimes multiple variables can affect your pain, stiffness, or muscle injury.

Often, the pain and stiffness can be stopped in the very first session, but your success increases over time as you continue your movements and your muscles and brain“learn” how to work properly again. Most people attend multiple sessions as they are learning to move in a way that is beneficial and yet counterintuitive. A few people continue to attend regular one-on-one sessions to reach a deeper level of education and/or to continue receiving personal guidance and support. The one thing I have found out is that the Somatic journey is always changing and deepening.

Many people move more smoothly and easily than they have ever moved in their lives in a very short time! This education process is very powerful, yet subtle and gentle in its execution.

Is this for real? Can I really become pain-free?

Is learning from recorded content the same as having one-on-one sessions?

Recorded Content Your Muscle Whisperer offers you on-demand help when you need it most: now. It offers you a variety of movements that can teach you how to release chronically tight muscles — daily anytime, anywhere even when you have attended one-on-one sessions.

This content is useful on its own, or it can be used between one-on-one sessions to maintain and deepen what you attained during your one-on-one sessions.

One-on-One Sessions are customized to your individualized needs. I guide you through a specialized and precise re-education process drawing on my many years of experience as a Somatic (muscle tension relief) educator.

During the one-on-one sessions, you will experience:

  • expert assessment - visual and hands-on

  • detailed guidance and corrections

  • noticing and incorporating any issues as they arise

  • custom daily movement series for use between sessions

  • co-creating a healthy foundation to build on for your healthy future

Are online one-on-one sessions as effective as hands-on one-on-one sessions?

In most traditional disciplines, a practitioner manipulates or adjusts your body in person. With these types of practitioners, such sessions cannot be translated into an online session format because the practitioners are actively working on your body for you. I know this firsthand because it was the foundation of my practice as a licensed massage therapist.

In contrast, Your Muscle Whisperer shows you how to make changes within your own body. There is no one working on your body but you — you hear the instructions, then you create the movement as to your ability. I will be asking you to make gentle, easy movements in a way that you might have never moved before in your whole life. These specialized movements are designed to retrain how your muscles and brain work together.

In-person, hands-on one-on-one sessions with me: physical guidance

My one-on-one hands-on sessions use highly specialized physical touch and guidance to teach your body how to get relief with my hands. I pair this with carefully refined verbal teaching methods to help you learn how to feel and eventually access this process on your own with gravity and your own body weight. This dual form of teaching helps to re-educate your muscles in a very deep and efficient way. You can feel your body release and return to a natural neutral state as it is re-educated.

Online one-on-one sessions: verbal guidance

In your online sessions, my communication is mostly verbal - you hear the carefully designed expert instructions as you move with guidance while I observe you for adjustments and corrections. You will be using gravity and your own body weight to create success in this process. You can feel your body release from within, but the learning process happens through verbal guidance and refined repetition versus hands-on physical guidance.

Both in-person hands-on sessions and online sessions can offer you similar results but the lessons are communicated in different ways.

Many clients have worked with me exclusively through online sessions, yet they still experienced as much of a dramatic improvement as with in-person sessions.

Why would I need to be a Your Muscle Whisperer member if I already come to you for one-on-one sessions?

One-on-one sessions offer you an opportunity for making deep lasting change with an expert that stays with you over a lifetime. The challenge is for you to invest in your continued self-care between sessions. As a member, you can access the recorded DIY library, or take regular live classes online to deepen and offer variety to your regular daily relief practice.

The audio portion alone is valuable for busy people who find it hard to “do their homework.” There’s nothing to memorize or remember: just play the audio from your internet-connected device, lay on the floor following my expert verbal guidance and create your own muscle tension relief on the spot.

In addition to the content, you receive discounts for one-on-one sessions. Your member discounts can easily pay for your in-person sessions over time.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging onto your membership page and canceling. You are charged monthly for your membership. When you cancel, you are still a member and will have full access until your next scheduled payment date. Once that membership month has passed you will no longer be able to access the members section or receive members discounts on one-on-one sessions unless you re-start your membership later.

Do you offer refunds when I cancel my membership?

Where and when are your in-person one-on-one sessions held?
