As a member you will want to login and schedule your sessions here. When you do, you will be getting regular discounted specials that are not available to Non-members. Below are the current specials. I will notify you via email as the member session specials change.

As a current member, you will receive members-only specials and discounts on individualized one-on-one sessions with Your Muscle Whisperer, Ryan Moschell. All of the content on this website can help you, but there may be times in your life when you will need individualized expert guidance.
Change can be hard, even when we are smart people. We tend to do activities out of habit, often not noticing the habit at all. We get stuck. Stuck can cause us pain, and/or stiffness which can create physical limitations but may cause no pain.
That’s where One-on-One sessions can offer individualized relief. Ryan’s expertise online and in-person can help untangle where you are stuck and create custom solutions - just for you.
In between sessions, you can continue to maintain and deepen your progress on your own with the convenience of Your Muscle Whisperer live classes, on-demand content, and other community events - anywhere or anytime. Your online sessions will be held on Zoom via the access links you will receive once you schedule. Be aware that the One-on-One Zoom room is only open and accessible to you during your scheduled session time.

Your Zoom Link - There are a few ways to find your unique One-on-one Zoom room link:
Confirmation Screen - At the end of your scheduling process, there is a confirmation screen where your session info and Zoom link will appear.
Confirmation Email - You should also get a confirmation email immediately after completing the scheduling process
Reminder Email - You should receive a confirmation email with a link 24 hours before your scheduled session
Reminder Text - You should receive a confirmation text with a link a few hours before your scheduled session
When - Your One-on-One session Zoom room will open between 5 minutes before, and on time for your scheduled session
Waiting Room - You will be placed in the waiting room until class starts.
Be aware that you may receive messages from Ryan while you are waiting.

Schedule - your One-on-One session by:
Logging into your Member account
Go to the One-on-One members’ page
Go to the Schedule section of the One-on-One page
Schedule your session
Copy and save your Zoom link. (You will receive your unique Zoom link on the confirmation screen, in emails, and in a text to your phone)
Forms - will be checked or filled out during your checkout process. These need to be filled out, and or checked and submitted before you can schedule or begin your session.
Review - the Comfort and Principles page.
Gather - a variety of supports and have them in reach (Towels, pillows, blanket, chair, etc…)
Video - Make sure to set up your camera so you can see your whole body laying down on your personal video screen
Phone - Please turn off your phone
If you are using your phone for your session please turn off the ringer
Pets - Put your pets away, if they let you
People - Let others in the house know you will be in a session

Camera and Microphone - Test your camera and microphone before class.

Internet Browser - Use an updated browser, preferably (as of 2022)

Camera and mic:
Check that your internet browser has access to your camera and/or mic
Use https:// - The app cannot access the user’s camera or mic if the user is viewing the page via a http:// link
Internet connection - Connect to a stable internet signal preferably through an ethernet cable, especially if you are using an older device.
