What does it do?

  • Moves your upper leg closer to your torso.

    • Flexes your leg at your hip joint.

  • Rotates your leg outward.

    • External rotation of your femur at your hip joint.

  • Brings the front of your upper body closer to your legs.

    • Lumbar spine flexion.
