Adductor Pollicis

Where is it?

  • Hand

  • Thumb

What does it do?

  • Thumb:

    • Moves your thumb sideways towards your other fingers.

      • Adducts your thumb

    • Helps move your thumb forward towards your palm.

      • Assists in 1st digit flexion.
