What does it do?

  • Big Toe:

    • Moves your big toe inward towards your other toes.

      • Adducts your 1st digit

    • Moves your big toe towards the sole of your foot.

      • Flexes your 1st digit

  • Foot:

    • Helps to keep your foot, between your big toe and pinky toe, arched.

      • Assists in maintaining your transverse arch
